We are a genuinely family-owned child edu-care centre that caters for children from birth to school entry age. Established in 1997 by a mother and daughter, Taigum Child Edu-Care Centre focuses on quality educational, play-based programs in a warm, family-centred environment.

We’re here 52 weeks a year and that means we have plenty of time to spend nurturing your little ones and supporting them through their developmental milestones.

As we are not part of a larger chain, we answer to our families, not to shareholders. Taigum Child Edu-Care Centre’s owner, Daphne plays a hands-on role in the day-to-day activities of the centre and ensures the staff and children have all the resources they need.

Our staff are highly skilled and most have been with us for at least five years. All are over 18 and either have completed, or are completing, tertiary study in early childhood education. They offer a loving, nurturing environment that provides the stability your little ones need to thrive in their most formative years.
